Activities
The activities on our programmes target personal and social development whilst engaging with adventure, environment and cultural learning platforms. This is a taste of some of the activities available on our programmes – they provide a great platform for learning, are challenging and fun!
Abseiling
Available on-site and off site this low-impact, challenging activity is available to a wide range of ages.
Camping
Enjoy a campsite in the bush, or pitch your tents on site at our base.
Caving
Access amazing caves not open to the public. Suits a range of ages with all equipment provided for a safe & fun adventure!
Coasteering
Coasteering ventures along the rocky coast of local beaches for a fun, adventurous group activity with equipment provided.
Flying Kiore
Get hoisted into the air by your team, for a safe and rewarding thrill. Suited to younger children.
High Ropes
Located on-site, a range of courses and levels make this a challenge for everyone!
Kayaking
From fun beach skills in sit-in-tops to multi-day adventures, this activity builds your skills & confidence on the water.
Mau Rākau & Haka
Develop basic mau rākau and haka skills and learn the significance to Māori culture in a supportive setting.
Mountain Biking
Try biking off-road on specialised tracks, learn skills for riding and challenge yourself.
Orienteering
Navigate a course using a map and compass either onsite or offsite. Suitable for all ages.
Rock Climbing
An awesome personal challege, learn climbing techniques, and safely support your friends.
Tramping
Tramping takes you to our stunning national parks, builds confidence & amazing friendships.
Trapeze
Trust and encouragement are needed to jump at height on our on-site trapeze! Also known as the Leap of Faith.
Waka Ama
Encourage team work on the water while understanding more about Te Ao Māori.
Qualified Instructors
You're in safe hands. Our friendly & highly professional instructors are all industry qualified for a wide range of activities.
NZQA Qualified and NCEA Aligned
We are NZQA accredited, can offer NCEA Level 1-3 assessments and all programmes align with the NZ Curriculum key competencies.
Safety Accredited
We put safety first. We are a registered provider of Adventure Activities with Worksafe NZ, and are Safety audit certified with OutdoorsMark.
